Breast Lift

Breast enlargement and shaping (augmentation and circumareolar mastopexy): 34 year old female who lost breast fullness and shape after multiple pregnancies. She had insertion of saline breast implants under her chest muscles and elevation and shaping of her breasts by removing skin around her areola (nipples). No other incisions were made.
